I actually pledged to the Mighty No.9 Kickstarter waaaaaay back in 2013. I pledged $75 for a physical box, manual and gold in-game skin for Mighty No. 9. I think it took about 4 years to receive the game, another 6 months to a year to receive the box and manual (which were just cardboard boxes and were also too small for the manual). Had I known how it would have turned out I really don’t think I would have bothered backing, although I think I would have still purchased the game once it was released.

I do agree with you though. I’m not overly keen on backing a project again. Especially one that is over 2 years away at best.
