Episode 46: A New Dreamcast Title, More GoldenEye Leaks, NFTs and Xbox Loses Dev Mode?

Episode 46 - Retro Gaming Dads Podcast

Welcome to episode 46 of the Retro Gaming Dads Podcast.

This week we will be discussing the recent discovery of Xbox achievements for 007: GoldenEye. Could this hint at the title’s future appearance on Xbox?  We also discuss our understanding, or lack, of Konami’s recent decision to offer memorial NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) for Castlevania’s 35th anniversary.

We also have a brand-new title coming to the Dreamcast in the form of the Shinobi-inspired Shadow Gangs, due in 2023.  Then finally we discuss the apparent soft-banning of Xbox customers using the Xbox’s Dev Mode.  What could this mean for budding game-creators and even the security of Microsoft’s platform?
