This evening’s Nintendo Direct has now finished. The mammoth 50 minute presentation brought with it a whole list of new games and content.
Pyra and Mythra come to Smash
Up first was the announcement that Pyra and Mythra are heading over to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This popular duo were first introduced in the popular Switch role-playing title; Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
As well as the introduction of Pyra and Mythra, players will also get a new stage set atop of ‘Gramps’. Pyra and Mythra are included with the Fighter Pass Vol. 2.
Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout Comes to Switch
The massively popular Fall Guys is coming to the Nintendo Switch. For those of you living under a rock for the last couple of years, Fall Guys see up to 60 players fight their way to the end of a wipe-out style obstacle course.
Fall Guys Ultimate Knockout is available on the Nintendo Switch during Summer 2021.
Outer Wilds
The sun is about to explode in 22 minutes. But there’s no need to worry as this isn’t the first time the solar system has been destroyed. Somehow the solar system is stuck in this time-loop.

Translated into English for the first time, two Famicom Detective Club titles are coming to the West. Put your investigative skills to the test as you solve these classic murder mysteries.
Both titles have been modernised with improved controls, visuals and high quality Japanese voice acting. It is your job to investigate, interrogate and solve these chilling mysteries.

Samurai Warriors 5
It’s time to engage in thrilling 1 vs 1000 battles in Samurai Warriors 5. Fighting in these epic battles to shape the history Sengoku period.
The title will come with revamped visuals and character designs for the titles first outing on the Nintendo Switch. Available Summer 2021.
Legend of Mana
The PlayStation classic Legend of Mana is coming to the Nintendo Switch. Included in the new remaster is improved HD graphics, newly arranged music and the ability to turn off enemy encounters.
Originally released in 1999, Legends of Mana is part of the popular Mana series. It’s no surprise that this title is coming to the Nintendo Switch since Square-Enix has already released the popular Mystic Quest, Secret of Mana and Trials of Mana.
You will be able to play the latest addition to the Switch’s collection on the 24th June 2021.
